Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gms kamalkakdi ( wash boil & grind)


  • 2 nos big potatoes ( boil & grate)


  • 3/4 cups oats (grind)


  • 3-4 nos slices of bread ( churned)


  • 3/4 cups coriander


  • 5-6 nos green chilliez


  • 10-12 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 nos small piece of ginger


  • 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 2 tsp pani puri masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste.

Directions

  • Firstly grind coriander green chillies garlic & ginger & keep aside.
  • Now take a big bowl & put churned bread oats n green masala n mix well.
  • Now add the boiled potatoes paste of kamal kakdi n all the dry spices.
  • Mix all the ings well to make a dough.
  • Grease ur palm .
  • Now take a small portion of this mixture & make a small lemon size ball .
  • Now insert the stick & give shape.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai n deep fry on medium flame.
  • Fry till you get golden brown
  • Remove n put them on a paper napkin.
  • While serving cover the remaining stick with foil paper for a better look ( optional)
  • Serve hot with sauce.
